Twitter’s Got Issues

I’m a twitter-holic, so when I saw this after realising my Twhirl wasn’t allowing me to send tweets it all made sense. Twitter has been attacked quite a bit of late, comes with the territory of being so popular, but I think they need to start thinking about getting all their data out of one basket and into a cloud.

I also hear they are creating an “Enterprise” version of Twitter. Yammer is already doing this with moderate success, but I don’t think Twitter can change its business model in this way and not lose users. If they roll it out as a different service it might work.

Go google-model, Twitter. The time has come for you to run with the big dogs.
